Your privacy matters.

Accounts are handled by Webifyr’s shared Ultra service. Your email and authentication details are processed there. Saved article identifiers are stored in your account metadata and persist across devices.

The vault stores your account identifier, used preview seconds, an active player lease, and membership status on its server. Favorites are not used to grant paid access. Your browser stores your theme preference and login session.

Google Analytics measures which pages are read and how visitors arrive (page addresses without query strings, approximate location, device and browser). Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and it is not loaded on account pages.

YouTube and Spreaker process playback requests when you start their media. Episode cover images load from Spreaker’s image service. Their privacy policies also apply. Payment details will be handled by the configured payment provider when membership opens; no card details are stored by this site.

To request deletion of Troubled Minds-specific account data, contact troubledmindsradio@gmail.com. Because Ultra accounts are shared across Webifyr apps, deleting the entire account may affect other apps; specify whether your request concerns this site only.
